Conference / Meetings


We can at the Bourne Hall Hotel here in BOURNEMOUTH provide four venues for conferences and meetings functions. Our Bourne Suite is available for up to 100 people as a sit down venue, or 150 as a buffet-style room, and for conferences up to 150 theatre-style.

Free Wireless INTERNET access available in the hotel -- if you do not have wireless connection we can rent you a card for use with your laptop at a nominal charge.

The Piano Room can hold 80 people in a reception / conference setting.

The Purbeck and Priory Rooms similarly for 40 people.

All venues can be adapted to suit your needs. Just tell us what you need and we can accommodate most requirements and budgets!

Menus presented below are for guidance, and can be discussed if alterations need to be made. It may be that an extension to bar facilities is required for which there will be a small charge from the licensing authority. A deposit (amount depending on function size) will be required to secure the facility offered by us. Final numbers for your function will be required 14 days prior to the date of event, and you will be invoiced accordingly with payment to be made within seven days.

For a Function in the Bourne Suite, there will be a minimum number requirement of 50 guests. Should any of the following menus not suit you requirement, please do let us know, they are provided to give you a guide only, and we are happy to discuss alternative menus with you. Bed and breakfast accommodation is available at all times, and a very competitive rate is offered to customers attending a function within the hotel.

A vegetarian option is also available on all menus.
