CHILDREN: Aged 4 & under FREE OF CHARGE
Aged 5 - 7 years old, 1/3 of adult rate; Aged 8-10 years old 2/3 of adult rate; Aged of 11 - 15 years old 2/3 of adult rate. Reductions only apply when sharing with 2 adults. Family rooms are based on two adults plus two children sharing.
All terms quoted are per room and include VAT @ 17.50%. 

All our bedrooms have en-suite facilities, TV's, direct dial telephones, hairdryers and tea/coffee making facilities. All bedrooms are NON SMOKING for guest comfort. Dinner is available at all times to our bed and breakfast guests - £14.50 per person.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE: We strongly advise guests to insure against cancellation as a booking is a legally binding contract.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A non refundable deposit of £25.00 per person will be required in order to confirm the reservation.
Notice of 4+ days = loss of deposit - 3 (or less) days 25% –1 (or less) days = 50% - Non arrival = 100%.
